Our client on this basement project leads a team of architects and designers working on a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas, with particular emphasis on central London residential property.
They have an enviable reputation for creativity and imagination with a technical ability which enables them to produce innovate basement designs that maximum space and light, creating high quality and high-end value. In 2013 they were winners of the SBID International Design Awards.
Living in Parsons Green they decided to engage in what they described as ‘occupational therapy’, turning a typical mid-terrace three storey Victorian townhouse into an exceptional contemporary living space.
Motivated by the need for more space, our clients could see the clear economic benefits of adding a basement room which extends into the rear garden, re-designing the function and layout of the ground floor and adding a ground floor rear extension.
